| Honor is about respecting each other. Everyone is equal here in terms of base value. In Honor, people are not better than others, instead, people are better at playing games than others. As a clan, we will distance ourselves from the dirty tricks and cheats that ruin gameplay. We will try our best to create a balanced game (except in a clan fight - if our 6 guys are more skilled than your 6, then you'll have to compensate with teamwork instead), free of trickery and cheating. As a clan we shall solve internal issues through discussion, debating and voting. This is a fair and justice Clan, and it shall remain so.
As the clan will do things based on equality, discussions, arguments and voting. It's expected that each member participates in clan decisions. Democracy doesn't mean there is no leader... it means that together, EVERYONE is leader of the clan. Regarding the governing system, Honor is led by a governing council formed by carefully chosed members. Any Honor member can apply for one of these temporary positions in the Council. The council members have the duty to accomplish tasks, such as organization, moderation, clan management and so on. Since we use a democratic system, the Council will ALWAYS satisfy the will of majority of the clan (via voting). The Honor oath is a pledge aimed to improve loyalty, pride and friendship of members towards the Clan and other fellow members. New members will be asked to say the oath 1 month after joining, however if they wish to, they can say it earlier. | |
